We want you to be confident when ordering from ROBOLOGIC. This policy applies when online ordering opens.

30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

• Unopened products: full refund, with no restocking fee.
• Opened or used products: a deduction may apply only for an actual reduction in value caused by handling or use beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect the product. We will explain and confirm any deduction before issuing the refund.
• Faulty products are not treated as change-of-mind returns. Your rights under applicable consumer law continue to apply, and no value-reduction deduction is made for a faulty product.

Return Shipping

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect item, or an accepted warranty claim: ROBOLOGIC arranges collection and pays the shipping costs.
• Change-of-mind return within Australia: ROBOLOGIC arranges and pays for return shipping.
• Shipping terms for other regions will be disclosed before orders are accepted in those regions.

How to Start a Return

Email info@robologicgolf.com or use the contact form at https://robologicgolf.com/pages/contact. Include your order number, the product serial number if available, and a short description of the reason for return.

Do not send a product to an office address or any other address without return authorization. If your return is accepted, we will email you the correct return address and collection or shipping instructions. Items sent without prior authorization might not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned product has been received and inspected. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

For Australian Customers

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
